22-0313: God speaks His Word to awaken our hearts for His greater glory in life. Big words have a way of awakening us to the reality that present. When the returning exiles allowed their circumstances to overwhelm them and they stopped working, forsaking God. But God is faithful. He comes to them in grace and speaks a message to call them to consider the true situation and return to Him. In this message Pastor Lane uses the messages of Haggai and Zechariah to speak God’s Word that awakens the heart from forsaking Him, centering on the finished work of Jesus Christ, to return and serve Him with their whole lives.
