The Reality of Opposition Ezra 4

22-0306: Jesus Christ proves worthy of any sacrifice and His authority greater to hold us fast in His mission. The Israelite exiles returned to Jerusalem, were getting settled, reinstalled worship, and work on the Temple progressed. With their lives centered together in worship, mission advanced toward building the Temple. And just as momentum builds, opposition arises. Opposition is not the sign that something went wrong. Rather, what we learn in this chapter is that opposition and conflict looms because the adversary is always working. But with Jesus there is never a hopeless situation. He turns every opposition into an opportunity. In this message, Pastor Lane identifies three tests that prove Jesus is worthy and greater when we look to Him.
