The Lesson of a Godly Legacy Genesis 26-27

20-1122: God blesses all who believe in Jesus with eternal life because He perfectly fulfilled the Law for us by taking our curse upon himself. The covenant moves to the next generation with Isaac as the head of the family. God faithfully repeats his promise to Isaac to lead him. Isaac lives under the blessing of God because his father, Abraham, obeyed the Lord. But Isaac will learn that in order to pass the legacy of godliness on to the next generation, one must steward God’s blessing faithfully, and not just spend it on personal pleasure. In this message, Pastor Lane walks through three lessons that teach us to faithfully steward God’s blessing by trusting in the One who perfectly obeyed the Law and bore the curse of our sin for us, Jesus Christ.
